Recurring cleaning is a frequency, not a separate service. Choose Lumera Essential or Lumera Signature first, then choose how often: one-time, weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
Recurring cleaning is available for Lumera Essential and Lumera Signature, weekly, biweekly, or monthly, with the same discounts: weekly 15% off, biweekly 10% off, monthly 5% off, rounded to the nearest $5.
Prices include up to 2 bathrooms. Each additional bathroom beyond 2 is +$30. A half-bath counts as half. Final pricing is confirmed before service.
